- Patsy Cline was born at Gore, VA.
- Drive by her home on Kent Street, She lived in a lot of houses around the Winchester area, and the house most closely associated with her is the house at 608 S. Kent St.
- Visit Gaunts Drug Store where she worked
- Pay homage to her gravesite in Shenandoah Memorial Park. A bell tower there is dedicated to her memory.
