After your wonderful night's sleep a delicious and satisfying award winning breakfast is an important part of your bed & breakfast experience!
We feel very honored to have been named -- for the fourth year in a row -- the top B&B by Arrington's 2006 Book of Lists in the category of Best Breakfast in the Northeast of all North America.
Early morning service of George's special coffee and a huge assortment of Stash teas are just the beginning of your breakfast adventure. A full service, sumptious breakfast is served at your convenience.
The Long Hill breakfast is varied throughout your stay and may include Baked Fruit Compote, Long Hill Breakfast Pie, Apple Caramel French Toast, Grits Souffle, and our Signature Spinach dishes.
We will also serve foods to accommodate your special diet needs.
Need to be served early to start out on the day's adventure? We are glad to meet your early-bird request for a full or light breakfast.

| Breakfast may be served in the dining room which features black walnut flooring and cabinets or on the patio in warm weather. Birds, squirrels, and chipmunks will delight you as they enjoy their breakfast too!
Framed squares from a nineteenth century 'friendship quilt' grace the dining room walls, and the room is bathed in the soft light of the chandelier and wall sconces. Friendship quilts, sometimes called 'memory' quilts consisted of squares each made by a different person and featured that person's finest 'crazy quilt' design and stitching. An antique square rosewood piano which dates from the 1840s and was manufactured by Dubois & Seabury of New York doubles as a sideboard. The piano is visible in the picture at the top of this page. | |
